Thorough design plan from beginning planning stages to move-in date. Includes floor plan review, all exterior and interior finishes, lighting, window and wall coverings, color specification, and architectural detailing. Design Management and site visits throughout construction. Design communication with architect and builder/contractor which includes a custom visual Look Book for your project.
FULL SCOPE FURNISHINGS DESIGN
A personalized design plan to include space planning, fabric and furniture selections, custom furniture fabrication, window treatments, wall covering, art, and lighting. Access to our wholesale vendors and a custom visual Look Book for your project. Ordering and tracking of all items, receiving to our warehouse where items are inspected for quality, delivery and installation. Pictures are hung, candles are lit, and you're ready for entertaining!
